Park Metro Realty is a residential and commercial real estate and property management company that started in January of 2020, and we are currently seven team members strong and seeking two more experienced residential agents. As weve grown, each team member has had input on new hires to insure we maintain our unique and progressive company culture.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Assist buyers and sellers who wish to purchase or list for sale residential real estate, up to four dwelling units

-Work alongside our sensational Broker who is very accessible to you

-Work in the office, in the field, and at home, depending on what each day brings

-Take and respond to property inquiry calls and emails

-Show properties to agents, buyers, and tenants

-Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and correct

-Perform financial analyses for clients

-Research zoning, land development, and building requirements

-Create and distribute contracts

-Coordinate with the office manager and runner to schedule vendors and on-site contractor meetings

Park Metro Realty pays the following for agents:

-Full-time marketing person, full-time office manager, and part-time runner at the disposal of all agents

An active California real estate license in good standing is required. We will teach you how to bring in the business!


Agents pay the following for themselves:

-REALTOR dues

-MLS dues

-Sentrilock and Supra dues

-Marketing and advertising fees beyond what Park Metro pays

-For sale and open house signs

-Health insurance

-Your own database/book of business

-Reliable transportation

-Clean driving record

-Ability to read and understand English fluently

-Legal ability to work in the United States

-High school diploma or higher education

-Ability to workseven days a week, including nights and weekend, while scheduling time off when possible and at your own discretion

-Experience with Microsoft and Google products

-Experience with email

-Experience with calendars

-Positive, outside of the box, forward thinking mindset

-Initiative to problem solve

-Willingness to sometimes fail, knowing that there are sometimes losses and failures on the way to great accomplishments

Any of the following would be a plus but not a requirement:

-Willingness to specialize in an area of San Diego County where we dont already have an agent

-Willingness to specialize as a luxury agent

-Fluency in another language

-College degree(s)

We are ready for you to start immediately! Compensation shall be commission only and performance-based, depending on your level of experience. You also have company property investment options with your fellow Metros.
