Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative
POSITION: Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is actively looking to hire a Service BDC Representative for their busy, fast-growing service department. Job responsibilities include:
  • Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
  • Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department.
  • Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed.
  • Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments.
  • Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving.

REQUIREMENTS: All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vender programs/portals quickly and efficiently. All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task. Drug testing required. This is an entry-level position. No prior car / dealership experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate.
