Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and enhance mobility.

• Engage patients and their families in the treatment process, providing necessary training on therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele at Sentara Physical Therapy Center includes individuals of all ages who require rehabilitation services—ranging from children recovering from sports injuries to older adults who are rehabilitating post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are highly preferred.
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.

Preferred Experience
