The Concierge performs receptionist duties providing clerical support to the Business Office Manager with human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed. Because you are always in contact with residents, families, and employees and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service.
