This includes monitoring and evaluating staffing levels, analyzing business‐volume trends, and assessing operational efficiency across all departments to ensure optimal alignment between labor resources and business needs. The Sr Manager will also review and interpret customer satisfaction results to identify performance gaps and partner with operational leaders to implement data‐driven improvements. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing Workforce Management team members through guidance, and ongoing support to strengthen analytical capabilities and operational excellence across the WFM function. This role requires a strong foundation in scheduling software, advanced analytical and statistical skills, and demonstrated experience in process improvement. The Sr Manager must be adept at leveraging workforce management tools, forecasting models, and reporting systems to support accurate scheduling, labor optimization, and long‐term planning. The Sr Mgr also demands the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. In addition, the Sr Manager must demonstrate strong leadership acumen, including the ability to inspire, coach, and develop WFM team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Design, implement, and monitor employee incentive programs that promote engagement, enhance performance, and align with organizational objectives, ensuring ongoing evaluation and optimization based on measurable results* Mentor and develop managers, supervisors and specialists by providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Guide them in building the leadership competencies required for future advancement, ensuring a strong and sustainable succession pipeline that supports long‐term organizational growth* Manage and monitor the quality of services delivered by internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence* Engage and collaborate effectively with operators, Workforce Management teams, and the Finance division to support cross‐functional alignment and operational success* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of bargaining agreements and labor union contracts, and actively participate in negotiation sessions to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives* Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department to include hiring, training, coaching and creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction* Recommend efficiency improvements by developing and promoting best practices that enhance Workforce Management performance. Communicate insights and recommendations to property operators, the Corporate FP&A – Labor team, and other key business partners. In addition, review and analyze financial statements to verify that productivity standards are met, maintained, and aligned with operational and financial goals* Assist in the annual budgeting process by gathering operational data, preparing budget inputs, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial and strategic objectives* Provide operational and strategic support to the Director of Workforce Management and assume full leadership responsibilities in their absence.
