Senior Systems Engineer

The Associate IT - Platform Engineering is looking for advanced automation engineer with extensive infrastructure knowledge to be a part of our Platform Engineering team that manages Enterprise modern platforms like Intune/Azure AD.

Our ever-evolving technology stack is currently Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows OS, MS Office Products, Browsers, Windows GPOs, Jamf Pro Suite and PowerShell.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Modern Provisioning like Intune autopilot design and management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Intune Policy, Configuration Profile and remediation script development/deployment.
  • 5+ years of experience in configuring packaging, testing and seamless deployment using modern platforms like Intune.
  • 5+ years Patching and Release management using Intune Autopatch technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in writing production quality PowerShell and Graph API workflows to automate multiple works flows in Intune/Azure environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with End User Experience Management/Monitoring is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree preferred Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Experience with troubleshooting EUC stack-wide engineering issues related to hardware, software, network, and applications.
  • Help define and execute a comprehensive proactive self-healing capabilities and observability strategy, ensuring that Fidelity's systems are always available when our customers need them.
  • 3+ years of experience in Apple device management is a huge plus.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, are highly recommended.

You will work with a team who is doing for Engineering and Operations of a full stack environment.

How does this role fit into the group? This role will mainly focus on Engineering and Operational work with End User Experience Management and Monitoring.

You are a Full-Stack Engineer with hands on experience across multiple technology layers including Windows Operating System/Intune/Azure environments.

You will be responsible for implementing automated detection and remediation tools for the Windows environment

You are responsible for implementing and operating advanced monitoring solutions across the Enterprise

Your skills on PowerShell for automation of the product we support is a greatly added advantage

You are receptive and enthusiastic towards accepting ownership for accomplishing new and challenging assignments and exploring opportunities to grow as a technology professional.

You thrive on providing the best user experience to the customer.
