Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr. Analyst, Warehouse Management Systems based in Chicago, IL. As a Sr Analyst, Warehouse Management Systems, the role will carry out responsibilities such as supporting technical solution design, configuration support, integrations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support for Blue Yonder WM and related SAP-enabled Supply Chain Execution processes. The role includes working on Functional, technical specifications, interfaces, APIs, data mapping, reporting, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP Inventory Management, Materials Management, Sales/Distribution, Transportation, and Manufacturing processes. Additionally, the Technical Analyst will collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, IT integration teams, and external partners to deliver stable, scalable solutions aligned with company goals and values.
Requirements
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
  • Strong hands-on Blue Yonder WM technical experience primarily in "Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Execution" processes.
  • Experience in integrating ERP/Host systems with Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management Systems
  • Partner with functional analysts and business users to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot technical objects such as interfaces, reports, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, integrations, and data extracts related to Blue Yonder WM.
  • Support system integrations between Blue Yonder WM to SAP ECC, middleware(Go Anywhere), EDI, APIs transportation, manufacturing, and third-party logistics applications.
  • Analyze BY interface failures, application errors, data mapping issues, transaction processing defects, and performance bottlenecks; document root cause and corrective actions.
  • Support API usage, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
  • Participate in system configuration reviews, technical impact assessments, design walkthroughs, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents, interface mapping documents, test evidence, cutover tasks, deployment checklists, and production support knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams, business process owners, and project teams to resolve integration and application issues.
  • Support large-scale BY WMS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and legacy WMS replacement initiatives.
  • Ensure technical solutions follow IT standards for documentation, controls, security, scalability, maintainability, and operational support.
  • Provide hypercare and production support for Blue Yonder WM incidents, enhancement requests, and operational issues.
  • Comfortable working alongside business analysts and functional teams who provide requirements.
  • Experience with using / Testing APIs.
  • Experience in working with Native SaaS WMS solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within Blue Yoder's Warehouse Management Systems either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers.
  • Additionally relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as SAP WM, Infolog is a plus.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
  • Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics / Operations Management, or related field.
  • Preferred Blue Yonder WMS Technical Accreditation/certified.
  • 3+ years Strong Technical Experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System is required.
  • Hands-on BY Warehouse Management process and integration with SAP ECC System (application and configuration) for global project implementations; food industry experience preferred.
  • Ensure Warehouse Process business requirements across Supply Chain Area and related functions are translated into detailed functional specifications.
  • Configure and test system processes; troubleshoot, document, and resolve system-related issues.

Certifications and specific knowledge
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Processes is required.
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder WM inbound, outbound, internal warehouse process and integration with transportation, manufacturing and SAP ECC system is required.
  • Knowledge of integration points and techniques with SAP system and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications is required.
  • Knowledge of integration points with SAP modules such as Invenorty Management, Procurement, Sales and Transportation planning are required.
