The Senior Analyst mentors junior team members, provides direct systems support to the DC network, and ensures efficient, compliant, and scalable logistics operations.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • Lead deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of WMS, LMS, Slotting, WES/WCS, and ERP systems across DCs.
  • Drive resolution of high-impact systemic issues, leading bridge calls and root cause analysis efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technology capabilities with operational strategy and efficiency goals.
  • Provide expert systems insight and guidance in cross-functional projects, audits, and network-wide initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering continuous technical development across the team.
  • Manage and optimize systems capabilities, ensuring robust end-user experience and operational uptime.
  • Lead triage and root cause analysis efforts for incidents impacting distribution performance.
  • Oversee SOX compliance activities, including quarterly user access reviews and inventory sync documentation.
  • Lead and execute multi-site Warehouse Management Systems projects-from scoping and planning through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Act as the primary UAT lead for testing system changes, enhancements, and deployment validation.
  • Maintain and update system process documentation, best practices, and DC reporting analytics.
  • Analyze help desk ticket trends and prioritize issue resolution across platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT for escalations and long-term systems improvements.
  • Model collaborative problem solving and lead with influence across operations, IT, and corporate functions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills to ensure transparency and continuity in project and support efforts.
  • Provide peer leadership and reinforce a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team learning.
  • Development Goal: Position yourself for future leadership roles by building enterprise perspective, driving cross-functional solutions, and demonstrating effective mentoring, communication, and project ownership.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems such as Manhattan WMS, SAP, ERP, and WES/WCS.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical content for business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting SOX-compliant environments, including inventory control and access provisioning.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and support cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and managing data flow across platforms.
  • Familiarity with warehouse execution technologies like Put-to-Light, Voice Pick, and RF solutions.
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement frameworks in a distribution environment.
  • 100% onsite in a distribution center environment
  • Willing to travel up to 5% annually for support and training across sites.
