Responsibilities

  • Teleoperate our robots using a VR system.
  • Follow a task demonstration playbook to execute specific robot behaviors and scenarios.
  • Communicate clearly with engineers and managers about blockers, improvement opportunities, and task observations.
  • Monitor robot performance and behavior, identifying issues, inconsistencies, or unexpected outcomes.
  • Interrupt robot execution when necessary and provide corrective demonstrations to support machine learning workflows.
  • Participate in a continuous feedback loop, contributing to peer reviews and tooling/process improvements.
  • Support quality assurance (QA) tasks during downtime when not actively teleoperating robots.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving workflows and tooling, as this role will change alongside ongoing ML development
