They work on designing user interfaces, marketing materials, and other visuals to ensure a consistent and appealing look across all platforms. In addition to hands-on design work, they often lead design teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and help set the overall creative direction for projects. Their role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and current trends in visual communication.

  • Explore emerging capabilities, including personalization and AI, through rapid prototyping
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products, with a strong focus on enterprise (B2B) environments
  • Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer in complex, enterprise-scale ecosystems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing full UX process, including research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual execution
  • Expertise in Figma and experience working within and contributing to design systems
  • Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile environments
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with Agile product development workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across disciplines
Preferred Experience
  • Background in retail or store operations environments
  • Experience designing mobile or B2C experiences
  • Exposure to data-driven personalization or AI-enhanced design concepts
Additional Details
  • 6-month contract with strong potential for extension and long-term conversion
  • Fully onsite role (5 days/week) in Irving, TX
  • High-visibility role within a growing innovation-focused team
