  • Creative responsibilities are expected to expand over time as part of the role’s growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, account teams, and strategists to develop concepts for brand, product, and performance-marketing videos.
  • Support creative leads and directors by translating concepts into executable production plans.
  • Provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and treatments to clarify feasibility, budget impact, and schedule considerations.
  • Partner with marketing, growth, and brand teams on content needs and platform- specific deliverable versions.
Post-Production Oversight
  • Manage editorial workflows including rough/final cut review cycles, motion graphics, color, sound mix, and exports.
  • Coordinate delivery of final assets for paid, social, broadcast, and internal marketing use.
  • Implement QC processes to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical specification compliance.
Qualifications

  • Familiarity with post- production workflows and deliverable formats across paid media, social, and broadcast.
  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $500K from concept through completion.
  • Experience working with and directing on- camera talent.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong client- facing communication and relationship- building skills.
