Job description

Prominent Investment Management frim in Manhattan seeks a VP to take on a leadership role within their client development function. This role would be responsible for leading the effort to grow the firm's client base and drive revenue growth.
This is a multi-faceted, high exposure role, working directly with the firm's founders, executives, and clients.
This role could be based in either midtown Manhattan or San Francisco, 4 days per week in office.
Responsibilities include
-New client and strategic partnership lead generation, development, engagement, and on-boarding in collaboration with other internal teams.
-Prospect statement review in collaboration with associates and analysts (including balance sheets, estate maps, and performance reports)
-Analytics on ROI of current sales initiatives
-Industry event monitoring (M&A, IPO, liquidity events) with a focus on fundraising
-Enhancement of existing business development tools and sources
-Firm representation at industry events
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of experience at a major private wealth management/RIA firm with exposure to high net worth clients and large, complex portfolios.
Background in investment banking/investment management analytics and top school educational background preferred
Base salary up to 300k with very competitive incentive/bonus structure.
