  • Translate strategic objectives into clean, engaging, user-centered designs
  • Create digital experiences that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • Design interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance and functionality
  • Support campaign initiatives across websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and branded content
  • Ensure all work supports the client’s messaging, positioning, and audience experience

Manage and Evolve Design Systems While Ensuring Consistency and Continuity Across All Deliverables

  • Build, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
  • Ensure consistency across websites, campaigns, print collateral, and branded materials
  • Maintain design continuity throughout revisions, updates, and production execution
  • Organize files, templates, and workflows for efficient collaboration across teams
  • Support brand governance and quality control standards

Drive Conceptual Ideation and Execute Innovative Design Solutions Across Print and Digital Mediums

  • Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals across both digital and traditional channels
  • Design print materials including brochures, billboards, trade show booths, signage, presentations, sales materials, and other branded collateral
  • Produce compelling visual concepts that support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative thinking
  • Balance creativity with practicality, timelines, budgets, and production requirements

Produce Accurate, High-Quality, On-Brand Design Work with Strong Attention to Detail and User Experience

  • Deliver polished, accurate, production-ready creative assets
  • Self-proof and review work for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
  • Maintain high standards for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Continuously stay current on design trends, UX best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced workflows

Qualifications

  • High-level proficiency in Figma
  • Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, and related tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and web best practices
  • Experience designing across both digital and print mediums
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, production, organization, and optimization without sacrificing originality, strategy, or quality
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, and user journeys
  • Understanding of responsive/adaptive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual communication skills
  • Video experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
