Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance to quality standards. Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections and identify and raise quality issues with management. Responsible for multiple or highly complex projects.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.
- Significant experience in metal stamping (tandem, progressive, or transfer presses).
- Deep knowledge of welding processes (Resistance Spot Welding, MIG/MAG, or Laser Welding)
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership position including leading new launches and program teams
- Minimum 7 years in a Quality Engineering position supporting new launches and program teams
- Ability to work in a confidential and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and have Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Minitab
