Job description

Voice Engineer

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Voice Engineer to the team in Fayetteville, GA, and Newnan, GA. Please see below for full details:

Job Notes:

6-month contract / extension and perm conversion are possible with good performance. Onsite in facilities in Fayetteville, GA, and Newnan, GA. Drug & Background required.

Note from the client: Must be able to hit the ground running in Call Manager and Unity. Voice gateways would be nice as well.

Pay Rate = $50+ w2 per hour plus benefits

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior level of experience
  • Expertise in protocols
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and load balancers.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools
  • Certifications such as CCNA Voice or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with voice platforms
  • Familiarity with telephony systems
  • Knowledge of security best practices for voice communications.
  • Scripting skills for automation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
