Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Seattle. This role will focus on treasury operations and cultivating banking relationships to support expansion and implementation projects across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this individual contributor position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology in a fast-paced, global environment.
This position will support Treasury processes in multiple expansion projects and product implementations across the region. The successful candidate should exhibit plenty of initiative and have a strong attention to detail. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, balancing multiple competing priorities, and creating process improvements as needed. The ability to leverage technology to create scalable solutions across a wide region and business scope is essential to succeed in this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage cash operations across the Americas region, ensuring optimal account structures and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strategic banking relationships to support business expansion initiatives in the US, Canada, and LATAM markets
• Lead and coordinate bank implementation projects for new market entries and business expansions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to execute treasury initiatives
• Monitor and analyze banking services, fees, and performance to optimize treasury operations
• Support cash management activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations
• Utilize project management tools to track implementation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate routine processes and enhance operational scalability
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on banking relationships and project status
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or banking operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
- Knowledge of banking systems and treasury management platforms
- Familiarity with LATAM banking markets and regulatory environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
