The engagement requires an experienced consultant who can quickly step in and contribute to treasury integration efforts, forecasting, and process alignment initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance consultant who can think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused. This individual will bring experience from large, complex organizations, deep expertise in treasury operations and forecasting, exposure to acquisition integrations, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior finance and treasury leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day treasury activities that support a rapidly expanding business and ensure reliable execution across core cash management functions.

• Guide treasury-related integration efforts for newly added entities, including alignment of treasury management platforms such as Kyriba where applicable.

• Develop and refine cash flow, liquidity, and working capital forecasts, with particular emphasis on improving short- and long-term cash forecasting accuracy.

• Partner with FP& A, Accounting, and operational leaders to evaluate funding needs, strengthen liquidity planning, and improve enterprise-wide cash visibility.

• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows and implement standardized procedures that improve consistency, controls, and efficiency.

• Prepare treasury reporting and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making, operational planning, and broader strategic finance initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to support process harmonization during periods of growth, acquisitions, and organizational change.

• 10+ years of experience in finance, including substantial exposure to corporate treasury responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of cash management, global liquidity oversight, treasury operations, and cash flow forecasting.

• Demonstrated experience working in large, complex, or multi-entity organizations within private equity-backed, public, or similarly sophisticated environments.

• Background supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or cross-entity process alignment initiatives.

• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems, including experience with Kyriba, and the ability to leverage reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable treasury insights.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across senior finance, treasury, and business leadership teams.

• Additional consideration will be given to candidates with Big Four advisory or management consulting experience, or FP& A professionals with strong treasury and liquidity management expertise.
