  • Empower partners to selfserve using our people insights products, while personally taking on the more complex and ambiguous analytics needs.

  • Design and deliver engaging, consumable learning labs, office hours, and coaching to upskill partners on data literacy, product fluency, and AI-assisted analytics.

  • Support engagement surveys with division- or COE-level survey insights interpretation, delivery, and recommendations for actioning.

  • Manage intake and prioritization of analytics requests, using clear principles and deep business/org knowledge to ensure on-time delivery of high-impact work.

  • Coordinate feedback sessions for product design, UAT, pilots, and GTM strategy.

People Analytics Collaboration

  • Raise the bar with your Analytics Partners through peer feedback, reusable code and templates, thought leadership on new analytical methods, and business context to achieve a holistic view in driving business impact.

  • Partner with Machine Learning Science to validate and scale models for optimal business value.

  • Monitor data quality and needs, partnering with Data Engineering on new data sources, issue resolution, and table optimization.

  • Surface user needs and feedback to Product team to shape the roadmap, influence feature prioritization, and continuously improve the UX of our products; define business requirements for product development and enhancements.

  • Deliver knowledge exchange sessions for the entire People Analytics team to share best practices, project outcomes, and advance team awareness and capabilities.

Mindset & EG Behaviors

You role model Expedia Group's Behaviors, which define how we make decisions, collaborate, and deliver value for travelers and partners:

  • We Put the Traveler First - you anchor analytics priorities and contextualize insights in the impact they have on the teams who serve travelers and partners.

  • We Think Big - you see around corners, identifying opportunities others don't, bring innovative approaches and ideas, and approach work through a systems lens

  • We Operate with Excellence - you raise the bar on execution through strong planning, documentation, analytics automation, and continuous improvement

  • We have an Ownership Mindset - you look at the business as if it's your own, thinking beyond your role to build organizational data-driven decision making.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent in R or Python, SQL, Tableau; experience with Qualtrics, DataBricks preferred.

  • Proven ability working with large, unstructured data, extracting from multiple data sources (e.g., Workday, engineering productivity, sales), and combining into the required datasets for analytics and modeling.

  • Advanced understanding of common data models, their assumptions, the business questions they can best answer, and data to best support the model.

  • Demonstrated experience in using advanced statistical methods (e.g., predictive modeling; ONA a plus) to solve a variety of business challenges, selecting statistical techniques without using unnecessarily complex methods.

  • Experience in designing and executing employee listening programs and results.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, producing clear, simple, and executiveready narratives independently and presenting to senior leadership.

  • Experience operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations as a highinfluence individual contributor who leads through expertise, influence, and relationships rather than direct authority.

  • Success in building trusted relationships with HR partners and business leaders at all levels.

  • Resilience, agility, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
