Post Consumer Brands in Jonesboro, Ark. is home to more than 200 team members. Jonesboro may be a smaller town, but it has a strong performing arts scene, multiple schools, and a diverse geography with sports and outdoor recreation opportunities for everyone. About the Role

The Senior Capital Engineering Project Manager provides engineering project management and technical services to support manufacturing facilities. You’ll develop and implement capital projects, lead teams and contractors, and help plan for the future—always with a focus on safety, food safety, quality, and the environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital engineering projects from concept through design, construction, and start-up, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Manage multiple complex, multi-million-dollar projects, including budgets, resources, contractors, and external engineering partners.
  • Develop and evaluate project options, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support sound business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and executives to align on project goals, plans, and priorities - communicating early and often.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety, food safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, and GMP standards.
  • Identify and deliver capital projects that reduce cost, improve operations, and support long-term business strategy.

  • Processing/manufacturing experience.

  • PMP certification and/or PE license.

  • Travel: Significant travel (30–50%) will be required to support project management activities across facilities.
