  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the examination process.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of title examination experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years of strong foundational experience and growth potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of title examination practices, legal descriptions, and chain of title review.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with real property databases and title information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with peers, leadership, clients, and vendors.
  • Represent the company professionally in person, by phone, video conference, and email.
