We are hiring a Field Operations Manager to work as part of a team to support a select group of Titan Security accounts. The position will report to a Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for the quality assurance and compliance functions of the team members assigned to their accounts. This is a 2nd Shift position Thursday - Monday 4pm-12am
Must have at least 1 year of continuous managerial experience (preferably in security or a related field) to be considered. Must have availability to work the 2nd Shift and hold over if needed.
Responsibilities for Field Operations Managers include but are not limited to:• Train team members in customer service, and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures and documentation.
• Monitor and coach staff, including attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal and documentation.
• Support the HR department and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
• Respond to any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities, and account trends.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications of Field Operations Managers:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 years of experience as a Security Lead and/or Supervisor, or related experience in a customer service industry, like retail or hospitality.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver's license, including state-accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications of Field Operations Managers:
• Bi-lingual is considered a plus.
Pay and Benefits for Field Operations Managers:
• $24.00 - $26.00 / hour based on experience.
