Position: Senior Project Manager - Temp
TelevisaUnivision's Asi Studios is seeking a Temporary Senior Project Manager. The Temporary Senior Project Manager serves as the day-to-day client contact for top-tier multiplatform advertising campaigns during the campaign execution. This individual oversees all aspects of the campaign execution with category expertise. The Senior Project Manager builds and manages creative/production briefs and timelines and acts as a liaison between all internal teams, ensuring a timely and successful campaign execution across all platforms. He or she works in close partnership with the corresponding Marketing Manager/Director in the development of client proposals in the pre-sale phase to ensure optimal execution in the post-sell phase.
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
  • Serves as the day-to-day liaison between clients and sales for TV/Digital/Social entertainment integrations.
  • Oversees all aspects of campaign execution within category expertise.
  • Responsible for cross-functional communication within the entertainment division's various properties to ensure timely execution of sales integration.
  • Creates and maintains production book with timelines and creative deliverables for the client and production teams.
  • Identifies all project deliverables and holds teams accountable.
  • Interacts with multiple teams across the company, most importantly keeping constant and open communication with production teams to ensure executions meet deadlines.
  • To execute and ensure all executions run seamlessly from pre- to post-production to air.
  • Supervise and provide instruction to post-production or creative services teams.
  • Responsible for scheduling integration or segments with sales and production/integration leads.
  • Responsible for ensuring all campaign assets meet client and/or brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for remedying and providing alternate solutions for campaigns, as necessary.
  • Successfully turn-around campaigns with limited notice.
  • Anticipate and coordinate and lead meetings with client/agencies, production, and sales.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
  • 5-7yrs agency and/or media marketing experience.
  • General TV production and digital experience.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects with the ability to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Excellent team-player with an ability to motivate people, give clear direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with high-level internal and external clients.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Creative mind with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Analytical skills to optimize campaign results.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, fast pasted environment.
  • Ability to quickly and continuously adapt to and embrace new trends and technologies.
  • Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred.
  • Efficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, word and Project).
  • Working knowledge of Avid, Photoshop, iNews, Salesforce, JIRA a plus.
  • Ability to travel 10% to attend client meetings and production efforts outside of Miami.
