Job Details: Role: Senior Business Analyst (Telecom domain) Location: Bellevue, Washington 98006 (Onsite) Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Telecom Network Engineering & Automation with 8+ years of experience across telecom network operations, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Business Analysis foundation, deep network engineering domain expertise, and a clear automation and transformation mindset.

Must have Skills - 8+ years of experience across telecom/network engineering, monitoring, and operations, with strong BA ownership Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP Hands on experience with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar) Solid understanding of NOC operations, incident management, and ITIL processes Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication skills Architecture & Business Analysis Experience Good To have Skills - Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus Working knowledge of automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar) Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, etc.)
