Job Summary:
Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is a key affiliate of Hyundai Motor Corporation, providing cutting-edge IT services to various brands. They are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements, design scalable IT solutions, and support sales efforts within the Hyundai family of companies.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical lead during the pre-sales process, you will engage with clients to understand business challenges, translate customer business requirements into high-level technical designs and propose tailored IT solutions.
• You will leverage your own and collaborate with other internal stakeholders expertise in our service portfolio to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Previous experience in a technical role within a sales organization, supporting solutions development, customer engagement, and/or pre‑sales efforts by leading technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs, including architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and implementation of roadmaps that delivers against the customer’s business needs, targets and KPIs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application frameworks.
• You will be expected to support campaigning into accounts in an effort to win future projects by sharing customer insights from previous successful project engagements to support future engagements with new customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
• 10+ years of IT development and implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries consulting on multiple technologies.
• 8+ years of proven experience designing and presenting enterprise IT solutions, including infrastructure/cloud, security/networking, application services, and AI.
• 3 years in a pre-sales or client-facing technical role designing, implementing, or consulting on application and infrastructure solutions.
• Previous knowledge of a structured sales process, including understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery teams, and Key Account Managers to support proposals and customer engagements.
Preferred:
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing IT domain.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
