Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

We are partnered with a well‑established local CPA firm in Tampa, FL that focuses exclusively on tax and advisory services (no audit). The firm is looking to add a Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant with 3–5 years of public accounting experience who is seeking long‑term growth in a collaborative, in‑office environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on tax work, direct client interaction, and being part of a close‑knit team with clear processes and partner access.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses
  • Work across 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and support tax planning efforts
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior staff on complex tax matters
  • Stay current on tax regulations and apply guidance appropriately
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency within the tax team
