This Is What You Will Do in This Role

  • Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions

  • Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers

  • Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field

  • Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization

  • Proven strong, technical sales experience

  • Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects

  • Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction

  • Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
