Job description

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects and amazing careers. QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVCยฎ, HSNยฎ, Ballard Designsยฎ, Frontgateยฎ, Garnet Hillยฎ and Grandin Road.
Your Opportunity, Your Team
Great recruiting runs on more than great recruiters. It runs on the systems, processes, and data underneath them, and that is what you will own. As our Senior Talent Enablement Partner, you will be the dedicated builder behind a Talent Acquisition team of more than 40 recruiters and talent professionals hiring across QVC Group's brands and markets, keeping the tools, processes, and reporting they rely on working seamlessly so they can stay focused on candidates and hiring managers.
This is a builder's role, not a maintenance one. You will treat the recruiting team as your customer and the systems they run on as your product. One day you are optimizing the applicant tracking system, the next standardizing an intake process, the next building a dashboard that answers a question leaders have been asking for months. You will report to our Senior Manager, Talent Enablement and partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and Analytics.
This role is for someone who sees a clunky process and cannot help but fix it, and who wants to shape how a modern talent function uses automation and AI.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the systems our recruiting team relies on, partnering with People Technology on releases and enhancements
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the processes and standards that keep hiring consistent and efficient across brands and markets
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that turn recruiting activity into decision-ready insight, from pipeline and time-to-fill to source effectiveness
  • Bring consistency to how a 40-plus person team works, so recruiters across different brands and regions operate from the same playbook and clean data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues independently, bringing a fresh perspective to existing ways of working
  • Identify and implement opportunities to bring automation and AI into recruiting workflows, and drive adoption across the team
  • Deliver enablement, training, and documentation that raise the team's capability on tools and process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand what they need and translate it into practical solutions
  • Serve as a trusted resource to the recruiting team and to colleagues with less experience on systems, process, and data

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition enablement, HR systems, or a related operational discipline
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an applicant tracking system or comparable enterprise platform, with Workday experience a plus
  • A track record of building and improving processes, tools, and reporting on your own initiative rather than only maintaining what exists
  • Ability to build reporting and dashboards in Excel or a BI tool that leaders actually use to make decisions
  • Experience designing and documenting processes, standards, and playbooks that teams adopt in practice, ideally across multiple teams or geographies
  • Familiarity with recruiting automation and AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to translate what recruiters need into solutions that technology and analytics partners can build

QVC Group is committed to inclusion and belonging for all and ensuring that our workplace provides equal employment opportunities for all team members and candidates and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. As an equal opportunity employer, QVC Group is committed to a barrier-free employment process. If you need reasonable accommodations/support throughout, please contact us at workwithus@qvcgrp.com for assistance.
