The Business Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting Roche's (SAP) ERP system. Including business support for all related systems that fall under the Order to Cash, Systems Management Team. Provide data management and technology tools to support a function through tactical execution of the department strategies through business applications. This position collaborates with local ERP system support to ensure system compliance and accuracy. You will participate in local project teams that relate to business support and coordinates activities with local IT partners to ensure that system requirements are met.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for continuously improving the ERP system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
  • Act as ERP subject matter expert for given processes, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on processes and system functionality.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships to facilitate optimal business partnerships, aid in knowledge and communication flow, and maintain execution of document or plan deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality, and service.
  • Determine methodology, approach, and work plan within the area of expertise.
  • High accountability for monitoring system stability and revenue recognition.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree 4 years of analytical experience
  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience
  • Strong technical and SAP System knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, decision making, and communication skills
  • Previous project management experience
  • Data Analysis Experience (2 years)
Salary

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $67,800 - $126,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
