Location: Redlands, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Project-Based / In-Office

Project Focus: High-End Luxury Apartments, Multifamily, Mixed-Use & Garden-Style Developments

Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Package

The Position

We are hiring an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale residential and mixed-use construction projects in Redlands, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven field leader with deep multifamily experience, strong tenure, and a background working with reputable national or large regional builders.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of construction experience with a strong track record overseeing high-end luxury apartments, multifamily communities, mixed-use developments, podium, wrap, and/or garden-style projects from sitework through final turnover.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations for large-scale multifamily, luxury apartment, mixed-use, and garden-style projects
  • Manage site logistics, subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Drive the project schedule and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, ownership, clients, architects, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation to support clean field execution
  • Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, trade conflicts, and schedule impacts
  • Lead OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and daily field communication
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, field documentation, and project progress updates
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, inspections, turnover, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and support assistant superintendents, field engineers, foremen, and project team members


Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years of construction field leadership experience preferred
  • Background as a Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, General Superintendent, or Superintendent
  • Strong experience with high-end luxury apartments, multifamily, mixed-use, podium, wrap, and/or garden-style projects
  • Experience working for national general contractors, large regional builders, multifamily developers/builders, or key direct competitors strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects from sitework through closeout
  • Strong tenure and career stability with reputable construction firms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, field teams, schedules, logistics, inspections, safety, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, site logistics, trade coordination, and project delivery
  • Polished, professional, and able to interface effectively with ownership, clients, architects, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams
