If you’re motivated by tackling complex structural challenges, working with a wide range of materials, leading technical efforts, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, this role is an excellent fit. You’ll also have clear opportunities to grow into senior technical or project leadership roles as your career progresses.In this position, you will contribute to innovative, high‑quality design solutions for projects across sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, utilities, and rail.Some travel may be required for project work and client visits within the United States.Apply, and come join Arcadis!Role AccountabilitiesWork with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and toolsPerform technical work with senior reviewWork directly with a variety of engineering disciplines, office/project staff, clients, and subcontractors, throughout the project life cycle, and have clear and concise, oral and written communication skillsDevelop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.Assist with Construction Administration duties, including completing field observation reports, responding to RFIs, submittal reviews.Traveling, as needed, for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits.Required Qualifications & Experience:2 or more years of recent relevant structural engineering project experienceBachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil EngineeringEngineer in Training certificationStrong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and initiativeWorking knowledge of USA National codes and standards, such as IBC, ACI, AISC, etc.Understanding of and experience with Revit softwareEffective communication skills - oral and writtenWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
