Track opportunities, orders, and customer communications in the CRM

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts

Coordinate internally on pricing, product availability, and fulfillment

Success Metrics

Assortment and development process runs on a predictable, well-managed cadence, with visible

improvement in the underlying pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

Experience owning a large, concentrated retail account relationship at a strategic, client-facing

level (ideally with a major off-price or big-box retailer)

Track record operating with full autonomy and decision authority, not in a supporting or

Strong cross-functional leadership across creative, production, and pricing functions

 Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

 Excellent communication and presentation skills
