  • Define and monitor SLAs to maintain operational accountability
  • Manage operational exceptions including fulfillment issues, returns, and order discrepancies
  • Develop and document repeatable playbooks to support programs growth
  • Partner cross-functionally across programs, warehouse, sales, marketing, and accounting teams

While you will lead team members responsible for building and managing webstores, you will also maintain working familiarity with the webstore platforms and supporting systems. This allows you to audit store configurations and inbox activity, identify potential operational risks, and ensure programs are set up and maintained correctly.

You will also serve as the operational voice in client strategy discussions, working closely with sales and marketing to:

  • Communicate operational capabilities and constraints
  • Ensure program commitments align with fulfillment capacity
  • Position strong operational infrastructure as a competitive advantage in new business

  • Proven ability to build SOPs, improve systems, and stabilize complex workflows
  • Sufficient technical fluency with ecommerce platforms to audit store setups and operational logic
  • Ability to translate operational realities into clear guidance for sales and client-facing teams
