Job Summary:
LVT (LiveView Technologies) is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world with AI-driven solutions. The Senior Revenue Systems Engineer will own the technical development of the Salesforce platform and manage the technology stack supporting the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless operations across sales, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Own the technical development, configuration, and long-term health of the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for complex pricing models, product rules, and approval workflows to streamline the sales cycle.
• Act as the primary architect for the quote-to-cash journey, ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, operations, and finance.
• Identify and remediate technical debt while establishing best practices for version control, documentation, and system governance.
• Partner with executive stakeholders in Sales and Finance to translate business requirements into high-performing technical specifications.
• Manage the release cycle for revenue technology, including testing in sandbox environments and executing production deployments.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, serving as the tier-two escalation point for critical revenue system issues.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and third-party integrations to keep LVT’s tech stack at the cutting edge of the industry.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically mastering the nuances of CPQ (product bundles, pricing methods, and quote templates)
• Understanding of the upstream and downstream impacts of every configuration on the broader business ecosystem
• Highly skilled in Salesforce Flow and data modeling
• Strong preference for candidates who can navigate Apex and LWC
• Track record of working effectively with Finance and Sales Operations to solve complex operational bottlenecks
• Pride in structured documentation and clean system architecture, ensuring the platform remains maintainable as we scale
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
