Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)
Client is looking for Independent visa holders who can work on W2
Interviews: Immediate (2 rounds – experience discussion + JavaScript test)
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience: 5–7+ years web development; 3+ years Agile; Media/Entertainment experience a plus

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop responsive web and mobile applications, build advanced features, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering high-performance interfaces, and contributing to technical standards and documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong development experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, scalable web and mobile applications across front-end and backend.
  • Design and build advanced features including:
    • Privacy systems between departments
    • Live streaming functionalities
    • File-sharing modules
    • Custom touring/events calendars
    • Custom email services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to build high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Write detailed technical user stories, convert them into elegant and performant user interfaces.
  • Contribute to and maintain development standards, release notes, and coding best practices.
  • Provide accurate estimates, track workload, and deliver regular status updates.
  • Test deliverables against acceptance criteria; help maintain and improve automated testing.
  • Contribute actively to technical documentation and continuous improvement of systems.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and streamlining development workflows.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices and common design patterns.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) for 3+ years.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Experience writing and executing unit tests, designing for testability.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns, secure coding practices, and development best practices.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies quickly and remain on the cutting edge.
