As a Senior Associate, Digital Sports Partnerships, you'll help shape how DraftKings connects with sports fans through some of our most influential digital partnerships. You'll own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-profile sports media partners, creators, and emerging platforms, helping bring innovative marketing activations to life while driving measurable business results. Working across Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Business Development, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and evolving how we activate partnerships as our business continues to grow.
What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Digital Sports Partnerships:
  • Own the day-to-day management of DraftKings' portfolio of sports-focused digital partnerships, serving as the primary relationship manager for existing and future strategic partners.
  • Execute partnership deliverables from planning through launch, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled compliantly, align with DraftKings creative standards, and maximize performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with external partners by leading ongoing communication, campaign planning, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Integrated Marketing Team and cross-functional partners, including Social, Paid Media, Legal, Analytics, and Business Development, to deliver integrated partnership activations that support business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships by developing innovative activations that authentically engage sports fans, unlock additional strategic value, and support business growth.
  • Manage partnership budgets through weekly spend tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Analyze partnership performance alongside the Analytics Team, using data and business insights to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve partnership workflows, measurement, reporting, and operational efficiency across the Digital Partnerships Team.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in partnership marketing, sports marketing, business development, media partnerships, talent partnerships, or a related field.
  • Experience managing external partnerships with sports media companies, publishers, creators, athletes, brands, or other high-profile organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while balancing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing partnership budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using performance data to evaluate campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
