Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Solution Leads and Senior Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation needed to develop complete, compliant, and executable solutions.
- Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, operational demand projections, and other analytical tools used across pursuits.
- Quantify solution impacts, cost drivers, return on investment, value realization, and operational implications to support solution development and decision-making by Solution Leads.
- Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis, scenario modeling, and comparison of operational, financial, and delivery impacts.
- Document assumptions, supporting rationale, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies for solution models and analyses.
- Validate operational feasibility of proposed solution components by analyzing volumes, staffing needs, workflows, service levels, implementation considerations, and known constraints.
- Use AI, automation, standardized tools, and reusable methods to scale analytical support across multiple opportunities.
- Build and maintain accelerators, templates, dashboards, models, and other reusable assets that improve speed, quality, and consistency across pursuits.
- Improve consistency of analytical approaches by standardizing data sources, assumptions, formulas, model structures, and documentation practices.
- Complete intake forms, templates, partner documentation, and other administrative deliverables required to support solution development.
- Collect, organize, and track inputs required from internal solution partners, including operations, pricing, technology, compliance, security, delivery, and other subject matter experts.
- Maintain analytical repositories, knowledge assets, historical pursuit data, and reusable reference materials to support future solution development efforts.
- Support business solution development for pursuits, client opportunities, and internal transformation - efforts by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting operating model development, and creating proposal-ready content.
- Work with operations, technology, pricing, business solutions, proposal, and subject matter experts to translate client needs into practical solution components, process flows, staffing considerations, implementation assumptions, and presentation materials.
- Conduct research, synthesize inputs, identify solution gaps, and help prepare clear, client-ready narratives, graphics, tables, and supporting documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Program Specific Requirements:
- Supporting solution design, business process analysis, proposal development, operational improvement, or consulting work for complex programs.
- Ability to translate business requirements, client needs, and SME input into clear solution components, process flows, staffing considerations, client-ready narratives, and presentation materials.
- Experience in government health and human services, contact center, eligibility, appeals/fair hearings, Medicaid, SNAP, unemployment insurance, workforce services, or similar public-sector/service delivery environments preferred.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Pay Transparency
