Job description

The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst is a senior role that drives the strategic direction of the organization's systems, processes, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst will lead research, design, document, and modify requirements and designs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Additionally, this position works with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met and to ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with the organization's strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with both the business and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery, from identifying and defining requirements & process flows and use cases, through to user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
Support the maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, which includes prioritization, refinement and elaboration of stories, features and epics.
Analyze and identify the need for new processes and procedures to ensure that the organization's systems remain efficient and effective and drive the implementation of process improvement based on analysis.
Research and identify standard methodologies and communicate their policies and procedures to business teams and teammates.
Participate in design and solutioning sessions to ensure platform capabilities are optimally aligned to business requirements and value realization.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The basic requirements needed to be able to successfully perform the duties of the role.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Visio.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Pega Cloud Systems.
  • Expert knowledge of system architecture and design best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: : Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
CERTIFICATION(S): Pega BA Certification
