We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Production Manager for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, detail-oriented, and motivated leader with a knack for optimizing production processes and leading teams to achieve manufacturing objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead production operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety. If you have a solid background in manufacturing management with proficiency in production reporting, Sage, Punch Press, MIG welding, and rubber, we would love to speak with you.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility’s daily operations, ensuring production targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize your expertise in production reporting, Sage, Punch Press, MIG welding, and rubber to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, quality control, and engineering to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Qualifications
