Description: The client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join the Public Facing Systems team within the IT Enterprise Solutions Delivery team. This is a hands-on technical development role responsible for the architecture, development, and modernization of mission-critical applications that serve residents, Section 8 landlords, and the general public. The ideal candidate is a seasoned full-stack engineer who thrives at the intersection of legacy system modernization and modern AI-assisted development.

You will serve as the technical anchor for a portfolio of public-facing applications - leading design decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of AI tooling to accelerate delivery and improve code quality across the team.
