About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing company (75+ team members and counting) that builds training content, digital publications, and software products for a specialized industrial sector. They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build modern, scalable applications, largely greenfield, across internal and client-facing products.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain back-end services and APIs on the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core), with a focus on reliability, security, and performance
  • Design SQL Server database schemas and write efficient queries and data access code
  • Contribute to front-end components as needed using React, Vite, or Next.js
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical design discussions
  • Integrate applications with identity providers (Entra ID or Auth0) and enterprise systems such as LMS, EAM, and HCM platforms
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; build proofs-of-concept to evaluate new tools
  • Work with Docker, Azure infrastructure-as-code (Bicep), and message brokers (Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ)
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Use AI development tools responsibly to speed up scaffolding, refactoring, and testing

  • Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully within the development lifecycle
  • Not open to recent graduates — this is a senior-level role

  • Experience displaying multimedia (3D models, photos, video) in applications
  • Agentic AI dev tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
  • NoSQL databases, data pipeline integration
  • Azure networking (VNets, App Gateways, API Management)
  • CQRS pattern experience
