Join our dynamic and innovative technology team as a Senior Software Engineer. In this high-impact role, you will be part of a collaborative squad focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing robust healthcare applications and data assets. You will leverage backend technologies like C# and .NET Core, frontend frameworks like Angular, and database solutions including SQL Server and SSIS to deliver critical business capabilities. Additionally, our team is driving continuous improvement by leveraging advanced technology integration, including AI-driven stacks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to deliver state-of-the-art automation. This is a unique opportunity to work against a unified product backlog, champion true CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to a progressive culture of engineering excellence and continuous peer feedback.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performing backend and frontend services using C#, .Net Core, Angular (version 2 or above), and SQL databases
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust data integration processes using SQL database objects and SSIS packages
  • Architect, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable software delivery
  • Actively participate in Agile and Scrum rituals, collaborating with cross-functional teams against a single backlog
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform database performance tuning to optimize query execution and application responsiveness
  • Promote and contribute to a culture of appreciation, active mentorship, and continuous peer feedback

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or Engineering related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with C#, .Net Core, and Angular (version 2 or higher)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and working with SQL databases and SSIS
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience performing SQL performance tuning and database optimization
  • Ability to work after hours for production support based on business need

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Power BI tools for data visualization and reporting
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to AI-driven stacks, Large Language Models (LLMs such as Azure OpenAI or OpenAI), and prompt engineering techniques
  • Demonstrated capability to evaluate emerging AI developments and apply them to solution designs
  • Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
