Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer works as a leader/key player on our development team to assist in new product development, functionality enhancements, maintenance, integration and client implementations. The primary responsibility of the role is the timely and high quality delivery of finished work per client and/or internal specifications. This role requires a considerable amount of working with internal sales, client services and executive team members on requirement specification and design.

The following competencies are required for the position of Software Engineer:

  1. Definition of requirements and design specifications
  2. Evaluation of system integration requirements with other providers of HR technology and clients
  3. Adherence to pre-defined timelines and quality standards of final software code
  4. Be an expert with respect to the competition
  5. Recommend policies and procedures to enhance operations.

Qualifications

The following skills are required for the position of Software Engineer:

  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL and Linux.
