Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of complex software applications. This role is ideal for seasoned developers who are ready to take on more responsibility and advance their technical expertise. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex software applications.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $194,000.00.
