Job Summary

Benchmark Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance applications that support our growing insurance brokerage operations. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while contributing to business-critical systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver solutions
  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions

  • Review code and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
