Americaneagle.com is seeking talented Sitecore Developers to join our award-winning team. As one of Sitecore's top global partners, we specialize in platforms including XM Cloud, Personalize, CDP, Content Hub, Search, and Stream. As a repeat Sitecore Partner of the Year and Experience Award winner, we continue to expand our successful Sitecore practice and are looking for experienced developers to help deliver innovative digital experiences for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead development teams while ensuring adherence to Sitecore best practices and development standards
  • Assist in estimating new projects and defining project scopes
  • Work with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Mentor and support developers on current and emerging Sitecore technologies
  • Help maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery processes across development, QA, and production environments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Sitecore development experience, with Sitecore 10 experience preferred
  • Experience with XM Cloud and Sitecore AI technologies
  • Experience working with headless Sitecore architecture
  • Knowledge of CDP, Personalize, and OrderCloud
  • Strong Sitecore expertise including Templates, APIs, SXA, JSS, Helix guidelines, Renderings, and Sitecore marketing capabilities
  • Experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Sitecore Search, Coveo for Sitecore, and Solr
  • DevOps experience including CI/CD pipeline creation and tools such as Azure DevOps and Docker
  • Experience training and mentoring other developers
  • Hands-on Content Hub experience preferred
