  • Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in delivery of strategy, operational, and change management solutions.
  • Previous strategy, business, and change consulting experience.
  • Experience leading large scale change following a methodology similar to the one we follow at Perficient: Change Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Readiness Assessment, Developing Change Strategy, Communication and Training Plans and Materials, and measuring adoption and impact.
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
  • Experience developing and marketing (internal and market-facing) operational and change solutions and approaches.
  • Management, business, and strategy consulting and program management experience.
  • Strong client management and executive level communications skills.
  • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
  • Fluent and current on Operational, AI, and Change Management trends.
  • Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives.
  • Focus on change and adoption execution including designing, developing, and deploying training and communications
  • Experience building content using eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate and Camtasia)
  • Experience creating internal intranet sites to assit with change and adoption (SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (such as Cornerstone, Litmos, Workday, etc.)
  • Be independent, self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations.

Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field.
  • Masters of Business or Engineering.
  • Change Management training and/or certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement training and/or certifications.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $57,798 to $131,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
