Job Description HVAC Senior Service/Chiller Technician Location: Macon GA Starting at $32.00+/hr - Based on Experience Full-Time | Day Shift | Overtime Eligible We're seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Service/Chiller Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with a strong background in commercial/industrial HVAC systems, particularly chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems. Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC systems Perform hands-on work on centrifugal chillers, air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and hydronic systems Work with RTUs, heat pumps, pneumatic controls, and split systems Complete accurate documentation using a handheld device Lead small crews or assist junior techs as needed Follow all safety protocols and company standards Requirements: 5+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings Deep knowledge of chillers, boilers, and advanced mechanical systems EPA Universal Certification (Required) OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain) Familiarity with BAS controls preferred Ability to interpret schematics and equipment layouts Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) with company match Life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability (company-paid) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Employee discounts and more We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at every level
