  • Use TruVideo and digital inspection tools to walk clients through vehicle condition and recommended services
  • Identify and sell additional maintenance, repair, and service opportunities

  • Demonstrated service sales performance
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline under volume
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and technology
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Background check and MVR review required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Luxury or exotic brand experience (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or similar)
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients or in a luxury retail environment
  • Familiarity with Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, or comparable DMS platforms
  • Experience with digital inspection, video, and electronic estimating tools

What We Provide

  • Full access to dealership systems, digital inspection and estimating technology, service management tools, and manufacturer resources needed to support clients at the highest level.

What We Expect

  • Consistent service sales and hours-sold performance
  • CSI scores at or above applicable benchmarks
  • Accurate repair orders, estimates, and client documentation
  • Proactive communication that protects client expectations and minimizes delays
  • A luxury-level experience, every visit, every client
