  • Lead discovery efforts, customer research, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities and shape product direction
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into product strategies, requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept through implementation, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, collaborating on integration strategies, capability planning, testing, launch readiness, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with Technology, Architecture, Design, Data and Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
  • Establish and monitor product performance metrics, customer outcomes, and operational KPIs to guide investment decisions
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach product managers and cross-functional partners, promoting product management best practices and talent development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing or technology-enabled products
  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex, enterprise-scale co-brand and partner initiatives spanning multiple product organizations, technology teams, and external partners, including cross-functional dependency management and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience managing co-brand, partner, payments, loyalty, rewards, benefits, or customer engagement products, including collaboration with external partners
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and Agile delivery processes across the product development lifecycle
  • Experience partnering with Technology and Architecture throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design through testing, release, and post-launch support
  • Experience defining and delivering API-enabled products or partner integrations, including translating business needs into API requirements, use cases, and operational readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct reporting authority
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance, or Information Security stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
