About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Health & Benefits Sales Executive to join a premier global benefits advisory firm based out of Orange County.

In this hybrid position based in Irvine, you will cover the Southern California region (including Orange County and San Diego), driving new client acquisition in the mid-market space (1,000–5,000 employee lives). You will advise C-level HR and financial executives on comprehensive health, healthcare, and workforce benefit strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, and engage targeted mid-market employers across Southern California.
  • Full Sales Cycle Execution: Manage opportunities from initial outreach to RFP creation, competitive pricing negotiation, and final client onboarding.
  • Strategic Consulting: Present tailored, value-driven solutions addressing healthcare costs, financial security, and employee experience.
  • Cross-Selling & Portfolio Management: Nurture high-yield accounts, maintain service excellence, and introduce complementary consulting offerings.
