Security Analyst
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center.
PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Position Summary

The Security Analyst is responsible for protecting Senior Care Partners PACE's information systems, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and organizational data through cybersecurity operations, identity and access management, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities. This role serves as the primary administrator for EMR security and user access while partnering with clinical, operational, and technology teams to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant technology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer EMR security, user access, and role-based permissions.
  • Manage identity and access throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Monitor security events, investigate risks, and support incident response activities.
  • Support HIPAA compliance, security audits, and cybersecurity risk management initiatives.
  • Provide secondary support for EMR administration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, People Operations, and IT teams to support secure and effective technology operations.
Leadership Competencies

Provides functional leadership in cybersecurity, access management, compliance, and risk reduction while partnering with clinical, operational, and IT teams to support organizational security objectives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Information Management, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Experience

  • Two (2)+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, identity and access management, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare applications.
  • Experience with user access administration, technical support, and troubleshooting required.
  • Healthcare, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Certifications

  • Required: CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire).
  • Preferred: SC-300, SC-200, CySA+, HCISPP, or ITIL Foundation.
